Thank you for shopping with FBN Skin. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via:

Carrier is selected at checkout or based on best available rate and delivery time.
Shipping Responsibility + Liability
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS), FBN Skin is no longer responsible for:

Lost packages

Delayed deliveries
-
Carrier errors
-
Weather-related delays
-
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Shipping damages
At that point, the shipment is under the responsibility of the carrier.
Important Carrier Notes:

USPS does not reimburse for most shipping issues.

UPS coverage is limited to up to $100 per package.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.
Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Damaged Packages
FBN Skin is not liable for damages that occur during shipping.
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Take photos immediately.

File a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or UPS).

Keep all original packaging materials.
Delays
Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays are outside of our control.
