I’m a new client. What should I book?
If this is your first time booking a Brazilian service with FBN Wax Studio, please select First Time Brazilian and add any additional services from the add-on menu.
We recommend reading the full service description before booking to ensure you choose the correct appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a $25 late fee.
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.
If the card on file cannot be charged, you may be blocked from booking future appointments.
What is your late policy?
There is a 7-minute grace period for all booked appointments.
After 7 minutes, you may be subject to cancellation and a $25 late cancellation fee.
Arriving on time ensures we can provide the full experience you deserve.
Are deposits refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable.
Are services refundable?
All services are non-refundable once completed.
How do bookings open?
Appointments open on the 22nd of each month at 9:00 AM.
